Masala Maza Vindaloo Marinade

Vindaloo is a traditional Indian curry dish that is both tangy and spicy. Our Vindaloo Marinade uses both tamarind and white wine vinegar to achieve the classic tang this curry is famous for. Extremely versatile, this marinade can be used with fish, meat or even vegetables and vegan proteins such as seitan or tofu.

Masala Maza sauces are made with all-natural ingredients, and do not contain high-fructose corn syrup, added sugars, artificial ingredients, flavors, preservatives or colors. It is sweetened only with fruit juice.
