Masala Maza Korma Simmer Sauce is a fragrant, mild, and nutty curry inspired by authentic Mughal Indian recipes. Translated from the Indian Urdu language, the word “korma” means to braise and our sauce is perfect for braising both meats and vegetables.

Made with Indian spices and ground almonds, the sauce is mild enough to be a crowd pleaser but packed with enough spices to please everyone’s palate. Masala Maza Korma Simmer Sauce does not contain high-fructose corn syrup, added sugars, artificial ingredients, flavors, preservatives or colors.
