Description

Acclaimed Honolulu Chef Glenn Chu created a four fruit sauce with the unique blend of raspberries, cranberries, blueberries, and red currants. The result is a sweet and tangy berry forward versatile sauce that works well as a dipping sauce, in stir frys, and as a salad dressing. Reduce to form a glaze and drizzle a bit over grilled chicken or fish.   Add a few splashes of Four Fruit Sauce and lime wedges to sparkling water to make a refreshing drink. Perfect for cocktails too!
