Sweet and sticky with just the right amount of spicy chili heat, this sauce is marvelous with chicken, pork, and all types of seafood.  Use as a dipping sauce for egg rolls, fried dumplings or every kid's favorite - chicken nuggets.  Also can be used as a finishing glaze on grilled meat.
