Born in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in the 1980s, Paradigm Foodworks began as a distributor of bulk chocolate to bakeries, candy makers and local restaurants. Next came the creation and manufacture of our first product line, Haute Fudge, rich fudge sauces laced with liqueurs . Many additions to the Paradigm name brand followed to include scone mixes, lemon and lime curds, wine vinegars, mustards, jams and jellies, bbq sauces, dressings and more. Our products are sold in stores throughout the Northwest and nationwide. In addition to the Paradigm Foodworks brand, we also copack for companies, both large and small, startups and established businesses.
During the early years of bulk chocolate wholesaling and making sauces, we were offered the opportunity to add a few retail chocolate items to the mix. These days, Paradigm sells imported and domestic chocolates, kid's novelty candies and much more.
