Shipping Information

Paradigm Foodworks ships from our location in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Orders are shipped ground via USPS or UPS, standard delivery. For rush orders - 2nd day or overnight, please call 1-800-234-0250. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional charge. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Please allow up to five days for order processing. Once orders are shipped, delivery may take from 3 to 5 business days, depending on location. Any undue shipping delays due to high volumes, weather, national holidays or unforeseen carrier issues may be unavoidable, so therefore, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.

Please be sure to accurately enter your email, shipping address and a phone number where you can be reached during the day in case we need to verify any information you provided. Incorrect addresses may result in orders being returned to Paradigm Foodworks by the carrier. We reserve the right to charge additional freight to redeliver to the correct address.
