Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the effective handling of requests and inquiries from customers and sales reps pertaining to customer orders, claims, stock availability, shipping specifications, and product information to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, positive, energetic problem solver with a strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

·        Answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate party

·        Entering and expediting orders, credits, and invoices

·        General office administration

·        Interacts with various departments such as Purchasing, Shipping, Production, Food Safety, and Accounting to ensure customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

·        1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

·        1-2 years of office experience

·        Strong oral and written communication skills

·        Understanding of ERP systems and best practices

• ·        Proficient in Microsoft Office

Schedule:

·        Monday to Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM

·        Weekend hours possible as needed by the business

This full-time, non-exempt position works out of Paradigm Foodworks building in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Reports to:

·        Office Manager
