Foodworks. Please remember we need these forms completed and signed
before we can ship. Credit takes 14 days to process.

Common Carrier, and PFI fleet for shipping.
- Please note that we
will ship chocolate in the summer months with ice and insulated
packaging for an additional charge.
PAYMENTS, TERMS AND
POLICIES
- We accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, checks and cash payments.
- Terms: Net 15 days.
- Past due invoices
will be charged 2% per month 24% annually.
RETURNS
All claims for credit
MUST be made within 48 hours of ROG; this includes damages, shortages,
mis-picks and error in ordering. Credit will be given when product
has been returned, in good condition, to Paradigm Foodworks warehouse.
Credit will be issued in the form of a credit memo.
For
Holiday and Special orders a 15% restocking fee will be issued for
canceled item / orders.
